This blog will cover many aspects of wargaming with “little guys”— miniatures of various scales. If you don’t know what wargaming is, look it up on Wikipedia!

Personal data: I’m Rich Baier, also known as “Dicemanrick” or just “Diceman”. The reason is NOT that I roll good dice!! My main areas of wargame interest are Ancients and Medievals, WWII, Napoleonic, and American Civil War.

Mulder is my Belgian Tervuren. He’s 9 years old, and oversees “the Den”. Why the “den” bit? My last name is Baier, as in the ursine animal…get it?? Den:Bear, sheessh!! The ‘little guy” part is what my lovely wife calls my “toys”.

Don’t ask why he’s on the top of the header. Pics of figures and games will follow. So impatient!!

You can email me at: dicemanrick at comcast dot net

No spam please from girth or size adders, fake Rolexes, Cial_is vendors, business approvals for loans I never applied for, or from that Nigerian guy whose former connections will get me a million bucks if I just “loan” him a few thousand… ;)

I have a Marian Roman army done in almost DBM size and I have Numidian and Spartans done in DBA size. I would love to get in a “starter” game in the Chicagoland area.
    Any ideas appreciated
