Just finished a good read: “The Trojan War a New History” by Barry Strauss (ISBN-10 0-7432-6442-8). It’s not a dry history book as the author make the protagonists really come alive. The background of the Trojan War is explained, and a lot of the “nuts and bolts” of the ancient Near East are explored. Watch the movie, then read this!
